As I look at these again for the first time in a long time, I rememberhow much I learned in the process of converting and resculpting them. Just like the rest of the squad, I took a regular space marine, added length to the legs and arms, the extra armor, and so on.

It is half term for me this week. That means an entire week off with the
wife and kids, and considering that over half of the Oldhammerers at
the Foundry Event too were teachers, I suspect a lot of other folk are
off to. This give me plenty of time to blog, paint and game. The trouble
is, I have just bought a new top of the range computer and have found
Steam. Skyrim is digging deep into my time once again. Even so, I have
found time to finish my Adventurer's Cart and work is beginning to wind down on the Nightmare Legion too.

This will always be one of my favorite miniatures.  It was also one of the first elaborate conversions I had done.

It involved incorporating a Confrontation miniature with some Games

Workshop bitz, and lots of little scratch built pieces.  The primary

element was the psycannon that I made out of the grey sculpey, which is

stronger and keeps an edge.

Ya que estamos metidos con los Enanos,vamos a hablar de algunas figuras

de ellos que no llegaron a ponerse a la venta.Los motivos de GW para no
sacar algunas miniaturas a la venta y otras si son misteriosos en la
mayoría de los caos porque uno no entiende que tiene de malo.En algunas
ocasiones es mas algo facil de saber o de intuir,como por ejemplo en el
tema de los derechos de autor.El caso es que he dado con algunas
miniaturas bien raras y me gustaría hablaros de ellas un poco.
