Confessions of a 40k addict: Otty's Inquisition force

Confessions of a 40k addict: Otty's Inquisition force: Otty sent me a text message the other day asking if I could showcase the first completed figures of his Inquisition force. And why wouldn't I?
Aside from the fact I'm desperate for some new content Otty is an amazing painter and converter. He's been alluding to this mythical army for the last couple of years [speaks the one who has 20 year old figures that have just been painted, although this does contain miniatures of equal history] and finally here they are:

Realm of Chaos 80s : A Warhammer Bestiary: Slann: Ahh, proper Slann. Nothing says old school Warhammer like proper Slann. You may well be wondering what I mean by this, as the Slann have been a stalwart of the game for a great many years. Its because these days the slann are relegated to fat frog spell casters. But there was a wild time when an entire army of the frogmen could be fielded en mass. Unlike some of the other races in the WFB3 rulebook, the Slann background section is very well fleshed out, and this is most likely due to their appearance in previous supplements, most notably - the Magnificent Sven. After reading the entry I realised that I had erred in my paint job, as I had included gold metallic parts on my Slann and it seems use of metals is very rare.

ausencia en GW desde hace años,muchos años.GW se ha limitado a hacer
cosas muy concretas que requieran una cierta interactuación con sus
aficionados y cada vez hace menos.Fuera de lo que suele hacer en las

tiendas de GW,quiero decir.

El Descanso del Escriba: Grumlok y Gazbag,de Warhammer Online:Age of Reckon...: Desde 1991 Games Workshop ha sacado entre vídeojuegos y ampliaciones para algunos de ellos(Como el Dawn of War)cerca de medio centenar de juegos(Un buen numero de ellos en los últimos cuatro años y de esos la gran mayoría entre este año y el pasado) y muy pocos se les han quedado por el camino(3,hasta donde yo recuerdo).

Goblin Lee's Miniatures Blog. : Busy Slann week!: This is a very much briefer update than I had planned. This week I have finished painting the last of the Slann needed for the upcoming 5,000
point battle.

The army is now tabletop ready. However, due to a series of problems I have encountered this weekend I have'nt been able to assemble the whole army for photographing. I plan to do an army photograph mid week (wednesday or thursday). I will also have to postpone the examination of all the Slann ranges until my next proper update, which will be this Saturday as I am out all day on the Sunday.
